Polaris does not collect, store, or transmit any personal data. Specifically:

• The app does not require account creation or login.
• The app does not use analytics, advertising, or tracking software of any kind.
• The app does not access your location, contacts, photos, or any other personal information.
• The device's motion sensor is used only, while you play, to steer the ship when you choose the tilt control. That data is never stored or sent anywhere.
• Game settings and your best score are saved only on your device.
• If you use the leaderboard, your scores are handled by Apple's Game Center under Apple's own privacy policy; we do not receive or store that information.

Because Polaris collects no data, there is no data to share with third parties, and no data retention or deletion process is necessary.
