Privacy Policy — BrainView
Last updated: September 27, 2026
BrainView does not collect, store, or transmit any personal data. Specifically:
- The app does not require account creation or login.
- The app does not use analytics, advertising, or tracking software of any kind.
- The app does not access your location, contacts, photos, or any other personal information.
- The brain scan and its anatomical labels are bundled with the app itself and do not require an internet connection to view.
- The app makes no network requests of its own. The only exception is the optional "Learn more" links in the structure viewer and quiz, which open a Wikipedia article in Safari — at that point Wikipedia's own privacy policy applies, not this one.
Because BrainView collects no data, there is no data to share with third parties, and no data retention or deletion process is necessary.
